We don’t go into business intending to fail, yet the very thought of doing so can keep us awake at night and add a mountain of stress to our lives.  My guest this week has made a career out of working with “failing” businesses, supporting them to either turn things around, or move on to the next chapter in the entrepreneurial journey.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Tony has established a knowledge bank of business and commercial experience that is hugely valuable to anyone prepared to listen.  He prides himself on focusing on the people behind the business, because the scars of business dreams not working out, can last long after the creditors have been dealt with.
