40. What do I give a shit about?

Welcome back to season 3 of the Real-Life Business podcast and I wanted to start this season with a very important question – what do I give a shit about?

 

I’m having so many conversations lately with people who are feeling uninspired, unenthused, lacking motivation, craving simplicity, craving change, craving energy and excitement; that I thought this a good place to start.

 

👉 It is normal to go through ebbs and flows in business.

👉 It is normal to have some things that we love to do, and others that require us to dig a little deeper into our reserves to find the energy to do it

 

…however, if we find we are constantly feeling drained at the end of each day and are starting to resent our businesses, then it is time for a very real, raw and honest check in!

 

Grab a pen and paper to jot down the journal prompts from today’s episode and give yourself the time to honestly reflect about where it is your business is heading…
