Ep28: Shifting our shit to grow our business, with Sara Studerus

I talk a lot about the emotional rollercoaster of business and life and how best ride it and I do not think anyone is more qualified to talk about that than this week’s guest, Sara Studerus.  Sara had suffered with depression and anxiety her whole life, and on finding herself in an incredibly abusive relationship, decided she only had one option to get herself out.

 

Thankfully the Universe had other ideas and Sara has taken this as a sign she has work to do here and has not only completely re-invented her life, but has also created a business out of her despair, to help others going through their own challenges.
