Ep2: Wes Alan: Following your passion and finding purpose
Wes’s passion for his craft has allowed him to weather many storms from failed businesses to global pandemics and even a week in a South African prison! He is a firm believer in working hard at our craft and when we learn to do that on our own terms, that is when the magic truly happens.
In this episode Wes shares how he discovered his passion quite early on in life, but it has taken many years and a few false starts to get to where he is right now. Business is never easy, and we don’t get anywhere without a little pain and a few scars; but when we know WHY we are there, we can use that as our fuel to see out the hard times.
