52. Leaving a legacy, with Alanna Ball

There are so many reasons that we start our own business and none more important than to save someone’s life – exactly the driving force behind my guest this week.

 

Alanna Ball is the creator of the Women in Safety Network and is a true leader of people, equality and change.

 

She is a passionate and well recognised leader in health and safety for the way she is actively empowering thousands of professionals and driving rapid change for females to bring their best selves to work.  

 

In this conversation we chat about the power of legacy; the importance of just STARTING something and improving along the way; and the power behind having a fierce belief in ourself and what we stand for.
